The Guernsey International Food Festival is back for a second year!

Taking place between 23 September - 2 October, this is a real opportunity to experience some culinary delights at some of the many events happening throughout the ten day event!

With so many to choose from, we've handpicked some of our favourites to help you out along the way!

 

Cocktail Week 16-24 Sept.

Guernsey’s top bars and mixologists are shaking up the island’s cocktail scene with inspiring drinks.

Guernsey’s leading cocktail bars present creative cocktail menus featuring Haut Maison fruit liqueurs, Wheadon’s Gin and Blackdown Artisan Spirits. Buy a £10 wristband and enjoy all of Guernsey Cocktail Week’s drinks at just £5 each during the run-up to the main food festival, plus discounts on product from Aperitif, La Maison de Champagne and Sommelier Wine Co.

Venues will also be running one-off tastings and special mixology events each day, with wristband holders receiving significant discounts – check out www.cocktailweek.gg for full details and how to book.

Restaurant Week - 22nd Sept - 2nd Oct

Restaurants, cafés and pubs across the island present either a main course dish or set menu on the theme of Local Produce, International Flavours.

Inspired by the cuisine of another country, chefs are challenged to get creative with great Guernsey ingredients from the farms, market gardens, dairies and fishermen of the island.

 

Dinner with Jean-Christophe Novelli - 23rd Sept.

Jean-Christophe returns to the Guernsey International Food Festival for his second year, working alongside chef Tony Leck of The Pavilion on a gourmet dinner. 

Jean-Christophe's dinner was one of the highlights of the 2015 Festival, so this event is sure to be a sell-out!

Tickets:  £50 or £75 with matched champagne, available in advance from The Pavillion at St Pierre Park Hotel

Childrens food festival - 24 & 25 Sept.

The Children's Food Festival returns for 2016! 

Little foodies are invited to get hands-on with food and local produce in our free Children’s Food Festival. Jump on one of the First Central Group smoothie bikes to make your own healthy drink, decorate a cupcake or popcorn bucket, enjoy interactive activities, challenges and crafts.

Free entry - open from 10am - 4pm
