In addition, if the vehicle being taken is designed for the carriage of commercial goods it shall be reserved as freight regardless of its dimensions. It's time to reconnect with the world. To reunite with loved ones. And rediscover the simple things we've missed.

We’ve done everything we can to help you travel safely and comfortably, from the moment you arrive at check-in, and for every step of the way.

Fully trained staff will be on hand to guide and assist you. From hand gel stations throughout the ships to cashless only payments on board, we have thought of everything to help you sail confidently and get you to your destination safely.

For passengers wishing to social distance, we ask that they do so at their own responsibility.

General Measures

  • All onboard purchases will be cashless, for everyone’s protection

  • For Commodore Clipper, please approach the information desk when requesting to visit your pet

Check-in

  • We’ve installed protective screens at check-in desks

  • To help make checking-in safe and efficient, new barriers will be put in place, with signage on the floor to guide you

  • You will see our staff wearing face coverings and in some circumstances, other forms of PPE

  • Foot passengers will need to use a contactless check-in option, either their e-boarding card or, when it becomes available, our new check-in app

 

Embarkation

  • We’ll send you information before departure to advise you on any travel requirements.

  • We’ll ask for your patience while each passenger finds their way from the car deck to the stairwells, following clear instructions from our crew

  • All passengers will be asked to use the hand gel supplied before going up the stairs to the passenger lounges

  • There will be a limit to the number of passengers permitted in the lift at a time

 

On board

  • All onboard purchases will be cashless, for everyone’s protection

  • Hydroalcoholic gel dispensers will be available in all passenger areas

  • Visits to pets on the car deck will be possible, we may limit the number of passengers and the times you can visit on our high-speed fleet, but rest assured our crew will be checking on them for you

  • For Commodore Clipper, please approach the information desk when requesting to visit your pet

  • Seating will be allocated, please sit only in your allocated seat.

  • The children’s play area will remain closed for the time being

  • If you require assistance during your crossing, please contact a crew member

  • In order to increase the outdoor space available for every passenger to enjoy the fresh sea air, it will no longer be possible to smoke on board our high-speed ferries. For Commodore Clipper, smoking is only permitted on the outside decks on the starboard side

  • Club Class and Horizon Lounge doors will remain open throughout our sailings on our high-speed services
  • We’ve installed protective screens at tills to keep everyone safe

  • You will see our crew wearing face coverings, and in some circumstances where closer contact may be needed, other forms of PPE

  • If you're travelling with children, we ask that you please supervise them at all times
  • Onboard cleaning routines have been increased and enhanced

  • In order to comply with government rules on public transport, all passengers must wear a face covering; face shields can't be used in place of a face covering.

Food & Beverage Outlets

  • Food and beverage outlets on board will offer delicious hot and cold meal options as well as a range of refreshing drinks, we would ask you to use cashless payments where possible

Adore Duty Free Shop

  • Our Duty-free shop will be available, we would ask you to use cashless payments where possible

Disembarkation

  • One area of the ship will disembark at a time. We will make sure you have plenty of time to use the stairs and reach your car safely
