Please note that any person or vehicle travelling for business or commercial venture, carrying commercial goods/samples will need to book via our freight teams and do not qualify for leisure fares. In addition, if the vehicle being taken is designed for the carriage of commercial goods it shall be reserved as freight regardless of its dimensions. How can I amend my booking?

Sailings cancelled due to Coronavirus:

If we have sent you correspondence informing you that your sailing has been cancelled due to the coronavirus crisis, we ask that you please wait for a member of our Contact Centre team to get in touch to assist you with amending your sailing. This may take up to 14 days.

Should you wish to amend your booking yourself, you can do this online. Initially, please pay any difference in fare which may appear. All fares in the context of a like-for-like booking will be honoured; please email or call 0345 609 1026 to be refunded.

Choosing to amend a confirmed sailing:

If your sailing is confirmed as operational but you would like to amend it, you can easily do this online. We have waived all amendment fees and you will only have the difference in fare to pay should you choose a more expensive sailing. Please login to your account by clicking here.

How can I cancel my booking?

To our passengers with booked travel, we recommend that you amend your booking to an alternate date. Please refer to the section above on how to amend your booking.

In view of the Coronavirus crisis, customers who would like to cancel their booking or who have had their booking cancelled are being offered to receive a 100% refund through a gift voucher.

We can issue you a gift voucher right away and we will not charge you a cancellation fee. The quickest way to do this is by using our Future Travel Voucher Form which can be found here.

Your voucher will be valid for a period of 18 months and you can redeem it any time online, at one of our port locations or by getting in touch with our Contact Centre.

If that is something you are not happy with, please email or call 0345 609 1026 who will review your email and let you know what action we can take based on your original booking. Please bear with us, however, as it may take some time to respond, given the current extenuating circumstances.

Please note, if a passenger fails to cancel a booking before the latest check-in time or does not embark on their booked sailing, a 100% charge of the value of that journey will be levied.

IMPORTANT: Please do not cancel your booking in ‘My Account’ yourself - we will do this on your behalf.

Please note, Day Trip ticket holders are bound by their terms and conditions such that you may amend your Day Trip to a later date only. Vouchers and cancellations cannot be issued for Day Trips.
